Additional Information
Security deposit: €300 per rental.
Included: our rental rates include water, electricity and heating. All our rentals are equipped with heating. 1 vehicle included per rental. Tourist tax €0.60 / day and per person aged 18 and over, fully paid to the municipality of Murol (2025 rate).
Additional departmental tax: 10% of the tourist tax.
ECO-contribution: €0.40 / day and per person. This contribution has been created to cover local taxes applied to tourist accommodation for the management of waste and wastewater.
ARRIVAL DAYS: in low season: every day except Sunday; in July and August: Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
Arrivals after 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by guests.

Optional extras:

- Pets allowed in rentals: €5 / day depending on the period. Cats are not allowed in rentals.
- Cancellation insurance: 3% of the total stay amount

- Free loan of travel cot and high chair on request (for children up to 30 months and subject to availability).
Deposit: €90 per rental in low season and 30% of the rental amount in July and August + €15 booking fee.
